FILM FACED SHUTTERING PLYWOOD
MGI Branded Film Faced Shuttering Plywood is manufactured with DENSIFIED Hardwood and is ideal for all Shuttering purpose / RCC Construction. It is IS:4990 approved and made with Full Phenolic Glue. The plywood has a Smooth Anti-Slip Mirror like finishing Surface on both sides for Superior Results. For ensuring maximum number of Repeats, all the four edges of the sheet are sealed with Water proof Paint.
Our 12mm Densified FF Ply is Stronger, Durable and Longer lasting as compared to a typical 18mm Chinese origin FF Ply and gives more ‘Number of Repeats.’
Available in Jumbo sized (upto 12′ Long) panel helps in faster construction speed Sizes : 1840X1220mm; 2440X1220mm; 2745X1525mm; 3050X1525mm ; 3200X1675mm; 3600X1220mm.
Thickness : 9mm to 30mmDensity : 660 to 1060 KG/CBM.

LAMINATED VENEER LUMBER ( LVL)
It’s an Engineered Wood product manufactured by compressing multiple layers of Thin Wood under extremely high pressure. Its more useful than conventional lumber due to lesser tendency to Warp, Twist, Bow or Shrink due to its Composite nature. LVL have a homogenous structure and are dimensionally stable.
Recommended for use in Headers, Beams, Edge-forming material and in Door & Window frames. They are also used for support in Shuttering process.
